Sunday was all about yummy combinations of fresh ingredients piled on toast. Otherwise known as “Crostini” in Italian.
First we started the day with eggs:
- creamy scrambled eggs
- dry smoked wild pacific salmon
- julienne fresh basil
- sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
- side salad
Then we ended the day with shrimp:
- 450g West Coast Shrimp
- green onions
- juice and jest of 1/2 lemon
- 3 T olive oil
- 4 T sour cream
- fresh herbs
- S&P
- dry smoked wild pacific salmon
I love nibbling on these little bites.
